1.1 How do I contact the store?

1.2 Do you ship or deliver plants?
We do not ship or deliver plants. Orders placed online are available for pickup at our nursery Thursday-Saturday 9AM-3PM. All customers and staff are required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing in the sales yard and Theodore Payne Foundation parking area.
1.3 Which mail delivery service do you use?
We ship orders via United States Postal Service, with First Class or Priority mailing options. We do not ship with other delivery services.
1.4 Will I receive an order confirmation via email when I place an order?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you an email message confirming your order within a few hours.
1.5 Can I use Theodore Payne Foundation gift cards to pay for purchases made online?
Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases at this time. If you'd like to redeem your gift card for online purchases, or if you would like to purchase a gift card in an amount not shown here, please call our bookstore at (818) 768-1802, ext. 15, or email [email protected]
1.6 Where can I register for a class?
You can register for TPF classes at our Eventbrite page.
1.7 Can I visit the Theodore Payne Foundation?
The nursery, bookstore, grounds, and restrooms are now open to the public from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Reservations are required for outdoor, socially distant shopping. Please click here to sign up for a shopping slot. For general inquiries, please call us at (818) 768-1802.
