What are the first things that come to mind when you think of bats? Halloween? Vampires? Bloodsucking fangs and rabies?

This booklet is a poetic exploration of our relationship to this much-maligned creature, pushing through the fear + myths to see bats as beautiful, helpful friends.

Through rich illustrations + interesting facts, my hope is that readers will open their hearts + minds to bats so that we may collectively begin to embrace all creatures as family and treat them as such.
